Had a great experience considering a not so pleasant situation. I was on my way home from work after shift at 7:00am and my Ram 1500 temp light came on. I immediately pulled to the side of the expressway and let it cool down with light steam coming from the engine compartment. Best place in Marietta to get BMW repairs, staff kind, friend, and attentive to car needs. Makes you feel at home. Highly communicative so you are not lost in repair or price. Not just another repair shop you can tell these guys care. Bryan made the experience the best with his great attitude and effective communication. Only place I’ll go for my e46

I was recommended to Phoenix Motorworks by some tuner friends after buying my 2016 VW GTI. Jeremy the owner is not only very knowledgeable but also super honest and transparent about costs and repair options. Customer service is on the top of their priority list and I can fully recommend taking your car to this shop for any questions concerns or repair service. They specialize in euro cars and also work on any other brands as well.

I had an amazing experience with Phoenix Motor Works! Jeremey fixed my brake booster and some other things and did an amazing job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, and I felt confident knowing my car was in good hands. I highly recommend Phoenix Motor Works and will definitely be returning for future service!I
